A smoother inspection usually starts with an empty or nearly empty property, access arranged (keys, lockbox or agent handover), and enough time between the clean and the inspection for any agreed follow-up. When you book, tell us your vacate date, bedroom and bathroom count, and whether carpets or ovens need extra attention so we can quote accurately.
We offer a Bond Back Guarantee on end-of-lease cleaning, subject to our published terms. In short: report cleaning issues within 4 days of the service, provide the exit condition report from your property manager or agent, and we will arrange one complimentary re-visit for agreed cleaning items. Refunds are not provided. The guarantee applies only to cleaning items listed in your original service agreement and does not cover damage repairs, mould removal, pest control, structural defects or areas outside the agreed scope.
